I am thrilled to share the exhilarating experience we had at the recent Backyard Show in the heart of Soweto’s Protea Glen. It was a night filled with rhythm, melody, and the exquisite taste of Naledi wines, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the warm embrace of the Soweto community.
As the founder of Naledi Winery, I’ve always believed that great wine and great music have the power to bring people together and create unforgettable moments. The Backyard Show was a testament to this belief—a celebration of music, culture, and the joy of fine wine.
The stage came alive with sensational performances by talented artists, including Moj Mabe, who was promoting his captivating “Onshebileng” EP. Supported by the incredible talents of Refiloe Sediti, Omphemetse Tolo, and Macy X, the night was a symphony of sounds that resonated with the souls of all who attended.
Naledi Winery was honored to be part of this vibrant event, where we had the opportunity to introduce our wines to an enthusiastic audience. The wine tasting corner was abuzz with excitement as guests sampled our exquisite range, from the velvety smoothness of the Merlot to the rich complexity of our Cabernet Sauvignon.
One of the highlights of the evening was the lively conversations that flowed as freely as the wine. People from all walks of life came together, sharing stories, insights, and their love for great music and fine wine. It was a beautiful reminder that when we come together over the things we cherish, magic happens.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the organizers of the Backyard Show for their warm invitation and for creating a space where artistry, culture, and community flourish. I also want to thank all the attendees who joined us for the wine tasting. Your curiosity, enthusiasm, and support are the driving force behind Naledi Winery, and we are truly thankful for your presence.
As we look back on this memorable night in Protea Glen, we are reminded once again that life is meant to be celebrated. It’s about the music that moves us, the wine that delights our senses, and the connections that fill our hearts with joy.
To all the music lovers and wine enthusiasts who made this evening special, thank you for being a part of our journey. We look forward to sharing more harmonious moments with you in the days to come.
With warm regards,
Lucky Kgosiemang,
Naledi Winery
